These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and BringGoodLabs, LLC (“we,” “us”) for the FindGoodDaily app and website (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully.
1. Who can use FindGoodDaily
You must be at least 13 years old. At signup we use a neutral age screen (your date of birth) to confirm your age. You may not create an account if you are under 13, and we do not keep your date of birth. At signup you also confirm: “I am 13 or older. If I am under 18, my parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy with me.” By using the Service, you represent that this is true, and that if you are between 13 and 17, your parent or legal guardian enters this agreement with us on your behalf. The Service is available only in the United States. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service and your license
FindGoodDaily is a simple daily practice for finding, logging, sharing, and remembering the good in your life. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial use. We may update, change, or discontinue features over time.
3. Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials and device secure. Tell us promptly if you think your account was accessed without permission. You can delete your account anytime in the app.
4. Subscriptions, free trial, and billing
- Free trial and promotional access — FindGoodDaily may offer a free trial or promotional access. No credit card is required to begin unless stated otherwise when you enroll.
- Launch offers — from time to time we may offer promotional pricing or an extended free period for early users or launch-list members. Any such offer is available for a limited time, applies only as described when you enroll, and may be changed or ended at any time. Standard pricing applies after any promotional period.
- Subscription — after any free or promotional period, continued access to paid features may require a subscription. Current pricing and renewal terms will be shown before purchase. Prices may change; we will give notice as required.
- App-store billing — if you buy through the Apple App Store, payment is charged to your Apple account and managed in your app-store settings. Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel, which you can do anytime. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period. Refunds for app-store purchases follow the app store’s policies.
Deleting your FindGoodDaily account does not by itself cancel an app-store subscription. Cancel subscriptions in your app-store settings.
5. Your content and who owns it
You own the moments you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, back up, display, and process your content solely to operate the Service for you, including showing your entries back to you and transmitting Good Found moments to recipients you choose. We do not claim ownership, we do not read your content to run the Service, and we do not use it to train AI or for advertising. You can delete or export your content in the app.
6. Adding and sharing with others
FindGoodDaily lets you add contacts and share moments with them using your device’s own messaging and sharing tools. Sharing is always started by you. When you add someone’s information or send them a moment, you represent that you have a legitimate basis to include their information and to contact them, and you are responsible for doing so appropriately. We are not responsible for how a recipient uses what you send.
7. Acceptable use
Please do not use the Service to break the law; harass, threaten, or harm anyone; send unwanted messages through sharing features; infringe others’ rights; interfere with or attempt to break the Service’s security; access the Service by automated means except as we permit; or use the Service to build a competing product. We may suspend or remove access for misuse.
8. Important: FindGoodDaily is not medical care, therapy, or crisis support
Please read this carefully.
FindGoodDaily is a personal reflection and memory tool. It is not therapy, medical care, mental-health treatment, crisis support, diagnosis, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.
If you are struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, may be in danger, or need immediate help, contact local emergency services right away. In the United States, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
The app may make crisis-support resources available for convenience and general information only. Their availability does not mean we monitor, review, analyze, or respond to your entries, or that we have any duty to do so. We do not provide emergency monitoring, emergency response, wellness checks, or outreach to emergency contacts, and we cannot intervene if you write something indicating you may need help.
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties such as the app store and our hosting, storage, diagnostics, and payment providers. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
10. Apple App Store
This section applies when you obtain FindGoodDaily through the Apple App Store. You and we acknowledge that these Terms are between you and BringGoodLabs only, and not with Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for FindGoodDaily or its content. Your license to use FindGoodDaily is a non-transferable license to use it on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules.
Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for FindGoodDaily. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation with respect to FindGoodDaily; if the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any. BringGoodLabs, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to FindGoodDaily, including product-liability claims, claims that it fails to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims under consumer-protection law. BringGoodLabs, not Apple, is responsible for investigating and resolving any third-party claim that FindGoodDaily infringes intellectual-property rights.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as “terrorist supporting,” and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You agree to comply with any applicable third-party terms when using FindGoodDaily. You and we acknowledge that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that upon your acceptance, Apple has the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
11. Copyright and intellectual property
We respect intellectual-property rights and ask that you do the same. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to any content you add or share through the Service. If you believe content shared through the Service infringes your copyright, contact us at support@findgooddaily.com with enough detail to identify the work and the material at issue, and we will respond appropriately, which may include removing the material. We may remove content or suspend accounts we believe infringe others’ rights.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will always be preserved. Keep your own copies of anything important.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BringGoodLabs and its members and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $100. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BringGoodLabs and its members and contractors from claims, damages, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your misuse of the Service, your content, your sharing with others, or your violation of these Terms or the law.
14. Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if needed to protect the Service or its users. If we end your account other than for cause, we will make a reasonable effort to let you export your content first where feasible.
15. Governing law, changes, and general terms
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you consent to their jurisdiction. We may update these Terms; for material changes we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, give additional notice. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service, and replace any prior agreements on that subject. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect, and the unenforceable part will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign or transfer these Terms; we may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms do not create any agency, partnership, or joint venture between you and us.
