Account and privacy
You control your information from within the app — you can review your profile, edit your contacts, delete individual entries, delete your whole account, and export your entries at any time. For the full picture of what we collect and how it’s protected, see our Privacy Policy. The terms that govern your use of the app are in our Terms of Service.
Subscriptions
If you subscribe through the App Store, your subscription is managed in your Apple account settings, and you can cancel there at any time. Deleting your FindGoodDaily account does not by itself cancel an App Store subscription. See the Terms of Service for details on the free trial and billing.
If you need more than an app
FindGoodDaily is not crisis support.
FindGoodDaily is a personal reflection and memory tool — it is not therapy, medical care, or emergency support, and we do not monitor what you write. If you are in crisis, may be in danger, or need immediate help, please contact local emergency services right away.
In the United States, you can call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. If you are outside the United States, please contact local emergency services or a local crisis resource.
